Chilli Chicken
Boneless chicken pieces are marinated in soya sauce, chili sauce and black pepper. Later coated with cornstarch, flour and egg white, before frying to yield crispy chicken. Then tossed in a sauce made of chilli, garlic, and yogurt along with onion and bell peppers
